Noticed that https://help.mockplus.com/ is giving a 404 right now, this is a link from the banner learn->tutorial

We'll check the 404 error soon and let you know the result.

Second, what do you mean by saying "switch from editor view to RP without reopening the project"?

If you mean to exist the eding mode of RP without reopening the project, you can easily expand the setting menus and click "Exit" as below:

If this won't help you out, please provide more details, like some screenshots, so that we can root and solve your problem as soon as possible.
