Hello Shtong,
The attached image seems damaged.
Do you try to upload your Axure file through our plugin or directly in the Prototype mode?

Hey shtong2004,
I've encountered a similar issue in the past while working with AWS and cloud services. The "AWS Access Key ID not exist" error typically means that the credentials required to access AWS services are missing or incorrect. It's crucial to ensure that your AWS Access Key ID and Secret Access Key are correctly configured. Check out some examples here: https://andersenlab.com/services/cloud-development-services/amazon-web-services
First, double-check that you've entered the correct AWS Access Key ID and Secret Access Key in your mockplus cloud settings. Make sure there are no extra spaces or typos in either of these fields.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, consider reviewing your AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management) settings. Ensure that the user or role associated with these keys has the necessary permissions to access AWS services.
Additionally, if you're using the mockplus cloud plugin, ensure that it's using the correct AWS credentials as well.
I've faced this notification before, and in my experience, it's usually a configuration or permission-related problem. Double-checking your credentials and permissions should help you fix it.
