Master Layout
I'm new to design and I'm not certain of terminology but I would like to design a "master layout" template that includes my logo, background, and menu bar that would apply to each page. I know I can simply copy these elements to each page but ideally I would create one master and have each page reference back to the master so that if I need to make a change then each page would be up to date without having to manually change each page.
Is this possible?

Hello John,
It's possible. What you should do is only to save your "master layout" as a component asset.
Here are steps that you can follow:
Step1. Create a project and enter the editing mode of PR section:
Step2.Create a page and add all your logo, background, and menu bar that would apply to each page.
Step3. Select all the content and right click to choose "Add components as assets":
Step4. Tick the option to see whether you need to auto update the changes when reusing the asset:
And then, you can freely resuse this asset when editing different pages.
You can find this "master layout" asset in the asset tab:
